 I am back to my quiet existence here in B.C. ha ha

It's been a great week of catching up with girlfriends. The first night back Laura and I had a mother daughter night with Sheila and Tamara. Joy Club enjoyed the sunshine around Carol's pool and then on Saturday there was a pool-side bridal shower with my Fijian friends. Today I certainly enjoyed seeing my ANCF family and we had a picnic, albeit indoors.  Just for the record rainy Vancouver has experienced the most amazing of summers. Unfortunately, Bob and I missed the August sunshine and took a lot of the rain to Europe with us. Laura faithfully watered the garden and through her faithful efforts and the BC sunshine Bob's garden became ginormous. He definitely had his work cut out for him this week hacking away at the giant flowers that towered over not just Sophia but all of us.

 It feels good to be home, as I knew it would. 

This week I'll focus more on housekeeping as I can't use jet lag as an excuse anymore.....
