Since I've lived in Canada for twenty years this month, I can now say that I have long time friends. This is my awesome friend Judy. We used to be neighbors but we became soul mates when we got together a few years later after we discovered we were both running decorating businesses. We collaborated on many projects as I was doing more of the sewing workroom aspect. I got to create the actual window coverings and accessories for many of Judy's clients and show homes. She put great trust in me and often left me to my own creative juices. My daughter Sara worked for Judy at that time also. Great memories were made. Judy shares my faith and from there we have many common interests. I'm just a recent convert to Mac but she's been a user for many years. We get together when we can and have Mac play dates. This week we did Photo Shop tutorials together. Judy is spontaneous and we always seem to find some creative thing to do, even if it's just talking over coffee. Our conversations can be so alive that we feel like we've actually done something! She's now living on this side of the bridge with me so it's gotten a bit easier to get together. We are both very busy women and sometimes it's hard to get our weekly schedules to jive. Last night we had a candle light dinner in the garden with our hubbies. Life doesn't get much better than that.
I want to be a Macscrapper too!
