Camping With The Angels

Greetings from Angels Camp, California. Having a great time with my sister Sandy at a resort here in the foothills. I haven't had access to a computer since I arrived in California so I thought I would take this opportunity to say hi. I'll be posting some pics and thoughts soon as I can. I feel disconnected not having my Mac! Angels Camp is famous for its annual Frog Jumping Contest. Mark Twain wrote stories about this place and the event, and I had my picture taken with him today on a park bench. He is famous here and so are all the frogs!! There is frog memorabilia everywhere. We are toadilly having fun! Check back in about a week for pictures.
